Overview
INES VTC brings together the workflows behind a ride-hailing service: customers requesting rides, drivers accepting them, and internal teams managing transport operations. My work covered NestJS/PostgreSQL backend features and React back-office dashboards, in collaboration with mobile and product teams through Aventique.
My contribution
Backend & operational APIs
Built features for authentication/SMS, customers, drivers, rides, estimates, dispatch, wallets, transactions, promo codes and support/admin workflows.
React back office
Delivered dashboards and management screens for rides, drivers, customers, credit managers, promotions and notifications.
Wallet & payment integration
Integrated SATIM wallet recharge, receipt generation and financial operations tooling, working with the mobile and product teams.
Engineering focus
Following a ride through its lifecycle
Implemented flows from ride request and acceptance through completion, cancellation and review, with push notifications and idempotency-related support. The work spanned the transitions around a ride, not just isolated management endpoints.
Connecting backend work with operational screens
Worked on both the NestJS/PostgreSQL API and the React back office. This included the management interfaces for rides, users and promotions alongside their supporting backend features.
Supporting wallet operations
Contributed SATIM recharge integration, receipts and financial operations tools as part of the platform’s wallet-related workflows, coordinating with the teams delivering the mobile experience.
Outcome & scope
My contributions covered core ride-management flows and the internal tools around them: customer and driver administration, dispatch, promotions, notifications and wallet operations. This was team delivery through Aventique; the scope described here is my contribution, not sole ownership of the platform.
